The Canadian Men's National Team will go looking for a piece of revenge this evening, as they square off against favoured opponent Mexico in 2018 World Cup Qualifying Action. Canada of course, fell to Mexico 3-0 on Friday in front of a sell-out crowd at BC Place.
This time the setting is Azteca Stadium in Mexico City, Canada's first trip to the stadium since 2000. It certainly won't be an easy task. The Canadians were spanked on their home turf last week, and looked outclassed throughout the match. Had it not been for a stellar performance from Goalkeeper Milan Borjan, the score would have been even more lopsided. Now the boys are being asked to march into Mexico City and take down a Giant; I'd say it's probably a safe bet to call Canada the underdog.
