The Vancouver Whitecaps announced today that midfielder/defender Brett Levis underwent successful surgery on his right knee. The 23 year old suffered an ACL tear in the Whitecaps final game of the season, but is expected to be ready for the start of training camp.
Whitecaps official news release: “We’re happy to hear the surgery went well and fully anticipate Brett will be back training with the group at the start of summer,” said Whitecaps FC head coach Carl Robinson.
Levis made five appearances with the first team this season, and was also a regular fixture with the WFC2.
