Kah, Teibert have been recognized for their efforts in that 1-0 victory over RSL

A few members of the Vancouver Whitecaps are getting recognition for that 1-0 victory over Real Salt Lake over the weekend, as Center Back Pa Modou Kah was named to the MLS Team of the Week, while midfielder Russell Teibert was named to the bench.

This is the first Team of the Week for Kah in 2015, who's been off to a slow start with his new club. Hopefully this recognition is a sign of things to come for the MLS veteran.

D: Pa Modou Kah (Vancouver Whitecaps FC) - Kendall Waston "looks" better, but Kah's stats were stronger Saturday night. Passed cleanly, made a number of important defensive plays and committed not a single foul as Vancouver posted a clean sheet at the RioT.

Meanwhile, Teibert was one of seven players selected to the TOW bench, a list that includes names like Obafemi Martins of Seattle and Giovinco of TFC.

Congratulations to Pa-Modou Kah and Russell Teibert! Hopefully there will be plenty more 'Caps on the team next week.
