While the Vancouver Whitecaps full 2016 schedule has yet to be released, MLS has teased fans by revealing the home openers for all 20 clubs. The Whitecaps will open 2016 with a visit from the Montreal Impact on Sunday, March 6th. Kick-off is set for 2:30 pm.
According to the Whitecaps official news release, the club will play their first road match on March 12th against Sporting Kansas City.
The full schedule is set to be released over the coming weeks, for some reason. I want to say, manufactured drama? Or maybe I'm just grumpy and need a cup of coffee.
