It's (sorta) 70's Week here at From the Backline and we join in the 40th anniversary celebrations to mark the Vancouver Whitecaps' first-ever match against the San Jose Earthquakes.  Not only do we talk about the Ring of Honour, but we also talk about that corner kick that helped, in part, elevate Whitecaps alumnus "Wee" Willie Johnson to cult status with Caps fans.

In addition to the 40th anniversary fun, we cover loads of other topics including our review of the 2 - 2 draw against Real Salt Lake and lots of fun World Cup Brazil 2014 stuff including Panini sticker albums!

All this and more in this week's podcast!
