And the Whitecaps Select... No One

This afternoon marked the final chapter in the sad, sad story of Chivas USA, who ceased operations at the conclusion of the 2014 Major League Soccer regular season.

The dispersal draft was conducted earlier this afternoon via conference call, but only seven of Chivas USA's players were picked up by other clubs.  The Vancouver Whitecaps had the final pick in the draft, but chose not to make a selection.

Here is a list of the CUSA players that were selected in today's dispersal draft:

Dan Kennedy - FC Dallas

Matthew Dunn - New York City FC

Thomas McNamara - D.C. United

Donny Toia - Montreal Impact

Caleb Calvert - Colorado Rapids

Kristopher Tyrpak - San Jose Earthquakes

Marco Delgado - Toronto FC
