Game Notes:

• Whitecaps' midfielder Russell Teibert will not play in Canada's final Gold Cup match this afternoon against Panama in Denver, Co. Teibert did not play in Canada's 2-0 loss to Mexico on Thursday night and it was reported Friday that he was set to return to Vancouver. Whitecaps fans will hope the he will be fully recovered for the match away to the LA Galaxy at the StubHub Center in Los Angeles on Saturday July 20th.
• The Chicago Fire will be without midfielder Daniel Paladini for today's match. Paladini was suspended for 2 games yesterday by the MLS Disciplinary Committee following a red card he received for a reckless challenge on Sporting Kansas City's Dom Dywer. In addition to missing today's match against the Whitecaps he will also miss the Fire's home game versus D.C. United on July 20th.
