Whitecaps vs Chivas USA Prediction

Hey everyone, I'm not sure if anyone remembers my weekly predictions from last year. Unfortunately, I was away and never got to finish my prediction for the New York game. Luckily, I was able to watch it on the MLS Live app, and the game was very impressing, and only fuels my excitement for more games to come this year. Without further ado, here is my predicted starting line-up against Chivas USA.

Predicted Starting Line-Up:

Ousted, Beitashour, O'Brien, Demerit, Harvey, Laba, Reo-Coker, Fernandez, Morales. Teibert, Miller

Predicted Score:

3-2 for the Caps

Teibert (17), Avila (45), Miller (49), Rosales (66), Manneh (85)

Russel Teibert opens his account for the year after brilliant hold up play from Miller allows Russel to rush into open space and finish into the far bottom corner. However, this Chivas USA team is much more dynamic then ones from the past. Attacker Eric Avila ties up the game with a hard, low shot that Ousted just can't reach. Kenny Miller puts us ahead with a header (pun intended), courtesy of a Fernandez cross. Mauro Rosales's dipping free-kick puts The Goats on level terms, until substitute Kekuta Manneh races clear from Chivas and slots home his first of the season.

Good Luck Caps!
