After 32 weeks of the ups-and-downs that has been the Whitecaps' season the team heads to Denver for the first match in a home-and-away series with the Colorado Rapids.
The past week for Whitecaps fans has been, much like the season in general, a roller coaster ride. We thought we saw our chances in the Cascadia Cup evaporate before our eyes in a 2-2 draw at home with Portland, but after a historic win in Seattle and some help from the Timbers we're celebrating our first Cascadia Cup since 2008. There is no time to sit back and bask in the glory because there is still work to do - we still need as many points as possible from the final two games of the season to make the post season.
The last time these two teams met back on August 17th the Rapids defeated the Whitecaps 2-0. This time there is an entire season on the line, so sit back, buckle in and get ready for the ride. You won't want to miss a minute of the action!
