Boy oh boy. Were not making it easy on ourselves. I could go into how disappointed I am with our player's performances last weekend, but we've heard enough about that....
cough *reserves* cough
...so the best thing we can do is keep our chins up and fight for that slim playoff window. We must not forget, our final two games are against Colorado. Currently, were only four points behind the Rapids, with a total of six points up for grabs in the final two games. Either way, here's my predicted line-up.
Ousted, Lee, Demerit, Mitchell, Harvey, Koffie, Reo-C, Kobayashi, Miller, Camilo, Teibert
2-1 for the Caps
Urruti (13), Reo-C (45), Miller (62)
The Caps get their first home win since Seattle, in a exciting match. Maximiliano Urruti puts the visitors up ONCE AGAIN before the Caps even get on the board, with a good tap in from a Valeri cross. Nigel Reo-Coker scores his first for the Caps, after his run down the "tube" is uncontested and he fires home. The "Goal Machine" seals the deal after he finishes well on a breakaway, set up by Daigo Kobayashi.
Good Luck Caps!
